Screwdriver was founded as a dedicated Dynamis shell on Unicorn in 2006 as Orangex. In 2007, we changed leadership, adopted the Screwdriver name, and began operating as one of the earliest profit-sharing shells. Now on Fenrir, we have adapted to the new Dynamis format and remain committed to the profit-sharing model.

We currently conduct runs in all city, Northlands, and CoP zones, including Tavnazia. Because ancient currency is easy for anyone to obtain, we have chosen to focus on killing Lost NMs and the Arch Megabosses.

Base relic armor is generally freelot, and most of our members have all of it that they want. We use a points-based system to establish lotting priority for ra/ex Arch MB gear. All currency and sellable items are sold, and profits are split according to attendance and paid out regularly.

We are currently looking for members who are strong players with multiple jobs available. People who can't listen to instructions, don't know how to play their jobs properly, or can't bother to show up for most of the runs need not apply. People who frequently go AFK also need not apply.

Screwdriver does not accept "night of" applications, as it breaks our review process. Plan to have your application in at least 24 hours before our next run. Server transfer applications should allow a week and expect us to perform a background check.

We welcome prospective members who speak a language other than English as their primary language, but please understand that we do conduct runs almost exclusively in English. If your proficiency with the English language affects your ability to fill out our application completely, please alert us so that we do not misinterpret your responses.
